Paid Advertising Manager

The Paid Advertising Manager will be responsible for creating and managing paid advertising campaigns that drive results for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. They will have experience in managing large-scale campaigns and be able to use data and analytics to optimize and improve strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance data and adjust strategies to optimize results
• Collaborate with the account management and creative teams to develop and execute advertising concepts that align with clients' goals and objectives
• Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance to clients
• Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion of paid advertising campaigns

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in paid advertising, with a proven track record of delivering results for clients
• Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms and strategies, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience with tracking, analyzing and reporting on campaign performance data
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
